Yasmin Le Bon Models 110-Pound Dress By Stephane Rolland (PHOTOS)

If you are going to create a dress that weighs over 100 pounds, Couture Week is definitely the week to do it.

Designer Stephane Rolland presented his Spring 2012 couture collection in Paris yesterday, showing sculptural gowns in layers of black, white and red. For the finale, former model Yasmin Le Bon walked the runway in a red jersey dress made of 147.5 feet of fabric and weighing in at 110 pounds, reported AP.

To put it in perspective, that's like attaching Eva Longoria to the back of your dress and then trying to walk.

Yasmin had so much dress to pull behind her that she required two suit-clad assistants to help hold the train.

Although wild in sheer scale, the dress design was otherwise simple, featuring long sleeves, a chic open back and red-on-red embellishments. But we still can't imagine any celebs brave enough to wear it on the red carpet... unless the goal is total camouflage.

Yasmin Le Bon a gorgeous woman. I can't believe she's 47 years old with three grown kids! She and Simon still manage to look smitten with each other after 26 years of marriage. The gown is kind of ridiculous as a garment but it's clearly meant to be some sort of "wearable art" rather than something you'd actually wear to walk around in and in that sense it's interesting.

The third photo where she's facing us with her hands on her hips is gorgeous. OK, so it's a fantasy gown...but it sure makes a statement in images. Very pretty.

It is not very flattering to the model's shape. Her hips look gigantic and the ton of draped material makes the model look short and squat. Not a very successful design.

It's quite spectacular. It's really a statement for the runway. I don't think anyone could or would wear it anywhere else. But then, most runway shows are to make a statement or bring attention to a designer's work. It certainly does that.

I think it's some kind of art couture, more a piece of art than a functional piece of clothing.

Or it's a really unique way to sweep the floor. Anybody check to see if there's Swiffer pads velcroed to the bottom of that thing?

Her weight isn't the problem, in fact it's nice to see a model that you can actually weigh in pounds!
