Nikki Haley Responds To Obama's Drop-Out Plan

"When students aren't allowed to drop out they do better, so tonight I am proposing that every student stays in high school until they graduate or they turn 18," said Obama during his State of the Union Address.

But South Carolina's leader, Gov. Nikki Haley, doesn't completely agree, she said that's a task that's easier said than done.
