'Braxton Family Values': Traci Flips When Toni Tells Her To Lose Weight (VIDEO)

During a family therapy session on "Braxton Family Values" (Thu., 9 p.m. EST on WE), Toni got very candid about her sister Traci's weight. Therapy is supposed to be a safe environment to talk about how you really feel, though at times it sounded more like a business discussion about how Traci's "tummy" might affect the business of performing.

"I want Tracy to lose 20-40 pounds now and stop thinking that her tummy sticking out like that is hot, 'cause it's not," Toni said bluntly. She went on like that for awhile, until Traci finally blew up at her. But Traci wasn't even blowing up about the comments Toni just made. This was a resentment that had been buried for quite awhile, dredging up old hurt.

"I ain't worth s**t to y'all! That's what I feel. I'm not worth s**t to y'all, 'cause of the choices I made," she shouted. "Trina had a child way before me. She was pregnant. I got pregnant. Trina got to sing. I couldn't sing."

When the therapist asked Traci what she needed to be able to move beyond those feelings of hurt, Traci's answer was harsh. "Don't say nothing to me and I won't say nothing to you."

Toni suggested a sisters' retreat to Arizona after that, to try and heal old wounds. It worked in bringing all of the sisters, including Traci, closer together.
