Kaylee DeFer Calls Off Engagement To Mike Pereira

Another couple calls it off.

'Gossip Girl' star Kaylee DeFer tells Us Weekly she's no longer engaged to jewelry designer Mike Pereira.

"We just separated," she told the magazine at a celebration for the show's 100th episode on Thursday night. "I was engaged for a long time and this is me being single," she said.

The 25-year-old actress said there was no hard feelings, telling the magazine, "I think sometimes just you realize it's time to move on."

DeFer joins a rash of other celebs to call off their engagements. Just yesterday, "Price Is Right" host Drew Carey announced he has split with long-time girlfriend, Nicole Jaracz, calling off their five-year engagement. And on Monday, music legend, Aretha Franklin announced she called off her engagement to Willie Wilkerson.
