'The Good Wife': Mamie Gummer Returning

Mamie Gummer is returning to "The Good Wife." The recurring guest star will appear in an upcoming episode of the hit legal drama, Robert and Michelle King, "Good Wife" co-creators and executive producers, confirmed.

"We're thrilled to be facing off against Mamie Gummer's Nancy Crozier again," the Kings said in a statement. "This time she's representing the family of a suicide victim against Lockhart/Gardner when Alicia thinks to out-blonde her by bringing Caitlin (Anna Camp) onto the team."

Gummer has appeared on "The Good Wife" three other times as the cunning Nancy Crozier. The last time she popped up was in the Season 2 episode titled "Getting Off."

Her other TV credits include ABC's "Off The Map" and she recently guest starred on CBS's "A Gifted Man."

The show is getting boring with all the attention being on "the affair": suggest they get over it and move on to some good stories (maybe her kids can be sold into white slavery). Hope she improves this show back to the level it once had.

When "The Good Wife" was being previewed by us at home, we heard different music, unlike the show's theme music. I was actually expecting to hear, with permission:

"To the Good Wife. To be free to explore the unknown......................"

I was against her returning to the show because I really didn't like her character, but this plot should make her very fun to watch. I actually really like Caitlyn, just hope that they don't follow through with the Will/Caitlyn plot-line.

I don't remember what episode it was, but at the tail end of Will and Alicia's affair, Caitlyn was in Will's office, and there was this look that Caitlyn gave Will that made her look very interested in Will.
