I feel that Izzie's departure from Seattle Grace was very open ended in series six. At least make it a part of an episode where she comes to Alex to have some papers signed. Make it a minor part of the story.

Katherine Heigl may want to reappear on Grey's as Izzie, but if she was really Izzie, she would never want to show her face in Seattle again, after the insane behavior she exhibited before she left. I know, she had a brain tumor, but c'mon. Thinking she was in love with Alex? Surely one little tumor couldn't have caused that much insanity.
