Going into the contest, former Massachusetts Gov. Mitt Romney was running ahead of former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, U.S. Rep. Ron Paul and former U.S. Senator Rick Santorum by a comfortable margin.
Gingrich has signaled he will not abandon his pursuit of the Republican presidential nomination regardless of the outcome of Tuesday's primary.
Paul and Santorum are already looking beyond the Sunshine State. Both contenders will be holding election night events in Nevada.
