Michelle Obama On If Malia Is Dating And Her Husband's Discomfort On 'Rachael Ray' (VIDEO)

The morning after First Lady Michelle Obama appeared on "The Tonight Show," she headed to the daytime TV circuit for a sit-down interview with "Rachael Ray" (weekdays on ABC). After the ladies discussed healthy cooking, the conversation turned to parenting, and Ray asked if 13-year-old Malia is currently allowed to date.

Obama declined to give Ray an answer, citing her daughter's privacy. "You know Rachael, one thing I've learned is that a 13-year-old wants nothing more than to not have her mother talk about her personal life on national TV. It's like, 'You said what?'"

Unfazed, Ray plowed ahead, asking who would be the tougher parent for a potential suitor to please, when that time comes. "Barack pretends like he's going to handle this so well when it happens ... but it's going to be fun to watch. It's already fun to see him squirming when she puts on a dress and she's got her hair down, and he's trying to pretend like it's cool, but he's freaking out a little bit," she answered, chuckling.

Obama may have been referencing President Obama's August interview with "Good Morning America," when he told Robin Roberts that when his daughters got old enough to date, "I might invite [her date] over to the Oval Office, ask him for his GPA, find out what his intentions are in terms of career. Malia and Sasha, if you're watching this, I'm just joking."

I can't imagine what child protective services must be thinking. Taking those kids would be some serious money on the line. Can you imagine how proud they would be? Taking the Presidents kids? Maybe they could make some false allegations against the President. The bonuses would be phenomenal. Clinton and Mondale would be proud. Wait... don't the Clinton"s and Mondale's have grand kids? They should go too. Sent to a better home with foster parents. Out of that abusive political scene. Those poor kids should not have to suffer that nonsense. Wait... what if someone abused one of those kids? Wait... what if CPS just lied and said someone abused those kids. False allegations. That would be okay. CPS is God. What they say is "The Word Of God".
All kidding aside. How do you think CPS makes money? They make money kidnapping kids and placing them in Foster homes and adoption. Thanks to Clinton and Mondale. Although you would never hear about it, I would like to see the presidents kids taken by CPS and have them placed in foster homes. That would be awesome. Maybe then, the President would look at CPS and why they stole my Grand Children.
But, they do not care. Fake statues. They lie, cheat and steal to reach the top. Typical lawyers. If their kids were kidnapped, they would not reveal it. It would not be career relevant.

Mrs. Obama is TOO SMART to run for office! She has said REPEATEDLY SHE DOESN'T LIKE POLITICS.

That is another reason why I truly admire her: She could be raising her girls privately in a comfortable upper middle class environment surrounded by her loving extended famiily AND friends, but she is SACRIFICING all of that to serve as the first black First Lady and ALL of the VERBAL ABUSE and DISRESPECT that entails. Kudos to her!

I thank her for her SERVICE!

All daddies freak out when their daughters start to date. I feel sorry for my daughter when the time comes because she's got to contend with a daddy & two older brothers. I'm sure my husband & sons will run him off, so she might get that one date and that's it till she's 21. lol

Michelle Obama is a remarkable woman.  I wish she would follow Hilary and go into politics in 2017, but I doubt that will happen.  I am sure, though, that she will continue being her and make us proud.

I'll vote for a Michelle and Hillary ticket I think she'll be a perfect vice persident for Hillary Clinton.I don't think Michelle will be ready for a presidency in 2017 that'll be too soon.I think that ticket will win by a land slide.She definately has the personality,mrs.Clinton does too.they both are very remarkable womens.
