Two women were shot, and another assaulted, at a Little Havana Bar early Thursday morning.

Miami police detective Kendra Simmons said the shooting happend around 12:10 a.m. at Primer Molino Rojo at 442 SW Eighth Street in Little Havana.

Jessenia Hernandez, 29, told police that Fidencio Membrano, 35, walked up to her and pulled her hair.

When she asked him why, Membrano said, "Did I offend you?" Police say he then took out a gun and started shooting, while Hernandez took cover.
