Gisele Super Bowl Email Requests Prayers & Positive Vibes For Tom Brady

Gisele Bundchen and Tom Brady are the couple that has it all (literally -- they are the world's highest-paid celebrity couple). But come Super Bowl Sunday, Tom will still need a little help when facing the New York Giants in the biggest game of the year.

Gisele to the rescue. The supermodel reached out to friends and family in a touching email, obtained by the New York Post, asking for their prayers and positive vibes (who knew she was so touchy-feely?). An excerpt:

This sunday will be a really important day in my husband's life. He and his team worked so hard to get to this point and now they need us more than ever to send them positive energy so they can fulfill their dream of winning this super bowl...

So I kindly ask all of you to join me on this positive chain and pray for him, so he can feel confident, healthy and strong. Envision him happy and fulfilled experiencing with his team a victory this sunday.

She also refers to her husband as "Tommy" which is just so gosh darn adorable.

It's a cute behind-the-scenes look at the stunning couple, who are otherwise so rich, gorgeous and fancy (have you seen their insane mansion??) that it's hard to relate. But hoping your husband doesn't get his butt kicked on the national stage? Probably a sentiment any wife can understand.

People: Giselle didn't ask for people to pray that Tom win the game... Brady can do that on his own. She simply asked for her "friends" to pray "so he can feel confident, healthy and strong". There's nothing wrong with that... many wives actually do that for their husbands.

Oh, and to the people saying that God doesn't care about football games: God answers prayers for ANYONE that humbly asks and believes. That includes football players, presidents, teachers, mechanics, rich, poor, homosexuals, lesbians, straight people etc.etc... really ANYBODY-not just self-righteous church hate-mongers and bigots. Not trying to preach here... just stating the obvious.

I can't believe that these haters are actually American, filled with so much HATE in general. A woman humbly asks her "Family and closest Friends" to wish her husband and his football team well in the Super Bowl. For this, she is called horrible names and her and her husband are attacked from every angle? I new people disliked opposing teams, especially a team with a QB that makes a lot of teams look like armatures on a weekly basis. Even still, I have never once heard Tom Brady say anything; but good things about his teammates and the Patriots organization. He always speaks well of the other teams and other teams players. He compliments everyone and he is the first person to put himself down, when he does not perform well? Tom's wife was hurt and angry, because her husbands team lost the Super Bowl and that's wrong? Nothing you haters can say, will shake this Patriots family, they all have eachothers back and are most likely having a good laugh about Giselle's comment. None of you people that are being so rude, have ever said out loud, what every one else at the time was thinking to them selves? Well guess what,....oppppp's.... sh__t happens.

This woman is three bricks shy of a load. Her most amazing statement, a while back, was that there should be a law that women are REQUIRED to breast feed their babies. Even though I am a devoted pro football fan praying to God for a win in a football game is crossing the line. God has better things to take care of - not a d*^n football game.

this is contemptible. that someone whom both brady and giselle feel they are close to would "share" a private email with the media. very low. i am certain that person is bumming BIG because they didn't realize this would be disseminated so quickly throughout the entire world. and believe it - these two will go to great effort to determine just who it was that did this. but how sick is it that the fact that a wife would ask family and friends to pray for her husband during the most important event of his career seems to be almost a point of ridicule by people who do not even know them. celebrity is not something i would wish on my worst enemy.
