Lindsay Lohan is reportedly furious, claiming there is no truth to reports she was "loaded" at a SAG Awards after-party on Sunday night -- so angry, that according to TMZ the actress is threatening to sue.
According to the website, Lohan is exploring her options with her attorneys as to what type of legal action she can launch against RadarOnline, for a story it ran on Jan. 31 claiming sources saw Lohan go to the "restroom with a male companion on numerous occasions," and when the two emerged, Lohan "was giggling and her nose appeared red." RadarOnline's sources admitted that the actress was only seen drinking water at Chateau Marmont's lounge area, but claim she "appeared to be loaded on something, and she seemed under the influence."
Sources tell TMZ, Lohan is considering legal action because she feels the false stories are sabotaging her efforts to save her career. To her credit, Lohan has recently has some success in cleaning up her act. At her most recent progress hearing, Judge Stephanie Sautner told the 25-year-old actress she was pleased with Lohan's work and advised her to "Just keep doing what you're doing, you appear to be doing it well."

She needs to stop trying to defend every little accusation against her. Although she obviously wants to correct people's rumours people take what she says and it fuels the fire. I can't think of anything more frustrating than people getting in your business and starting rumours that spread like wildfire, I don't blame her for drinking. I mean what else is going to ease the pain of misconception that other people have left against you through their words that seem to be more accountable than hers due to her 'media' reputation that has now stuck with her. I.e : "Lindsay is a drunk, coke addict" so forth. Although there may be other ways to deal with this, she's trying the best way she knows how. She'll learn, eventually.

that is when they allow her to go home, what is it two or three times just under sautner, has sautner sent her to jail, for ahhhhhhhhhhmmmmmmmmmmm. issues that were graced by the probabtion dept/report as glowing..... only to be sent to jail for violating probation......... sautner is NOT flimsy.

the judge and the jailor both agree, she is being treated like everyone else who was arrested then pled guilty to a misdemeanor, or a simple probation violation....... the jailors and the sherrif baca all agree, she will be treated like everyone else, under the "equal protection clause" constitutional protection clause.

I think a 6 month sentence and you do maybe 20 days.... the jails are so overcrowded.....
Lindsay has been dealing with this last issue for over 1 year, in that time she has been to jail 2,3 maybe 4 times (for the same issue). She goes to a community service program, at the morgue 15 days a month......... that's 5 days a week, for 3 weeks out of 4 weeks per month.
reports showed that the probabtion dept wrote a glowing report for lindsay on one of her court appearances only to be thrown back in jail with the judge condemning the probation report, condemning the therapist report, condemning her appearances at community service, and thrown back in jail.......... so to say this judge is flimsy, is like calling a tiger a kitten.........
the last two appearances before the judge, the judge has given lindsay praise.... i probably shouldn't use that word, because if the judge reads this she might throw her back in jail again..........

My friend there is a distinct difference between fact or fiction, and good reporting should have two sources........ just for confirmation,
defamation is when someone degrades you with intent to do so and it has a finacial detrimental effect, that can be proven, based on the lies............ the ADL knows this and the gay legal defense against Defamation know this, it's just the rest of mainland society that does not........ but alot of judges know this too....
1. I don't think her probabtion states that she can NOT drink, only that she can NOT drive with a measurable amount of alcohol in her system.... I believe that is in the probabtion reprot and has been confiormed by the Judge on the case, when another issue of her drinking was raised.
2. Claiming that she has done something illegal, even when the probabtion report, and previous rulings by this judge SHOW (fact)....... that drinking is NOT a violation of her probabtion.
3. It is VERY CONCERNING........ VERY CONCERNING to read this report, especially if it has a detrimental effect on her earning capacity....... especially if written as illegal.... it gives the impression that Lindsay is a ...... has broken the law in this situation, when the FACT IS, No law may have been broken.
