A Victorian home in Boulder County described as a "priceless" water property surrounded by private bodies of water is listed on the market for $12 million.

The home sits on a peaceful 108-acre estate with a swimming pool reflecting Longs Peak, two lakes, a reservoir and a trout-filled stream. Five bedrooms, seven bathrooms and nearly 6,000 square feet accompany the private ownership of those bodies of water with the opportunity to build on six parcels of land near the reservoir with mineral rights.

The grounds also features gardens, a waterfall and a stone bridge leading up to the home.

That is not a Victorian home. That is a horrible attempt at a Victorian outside.

Who ever built the kitchen lacked some serious vision. And the pool. I grew up in a suburb of Minneapolis and had a better pool area than that. For the amount of money needed to purchase the land and build the house, you'd think they'd hire a interior decorator. Cause, the 80's called and what their pillow shams back.

But my guess is, you aren't buying the house. You are buying the land, water and mineral rights.

I'd redo the bathroom and kitchen, then I'd put in my own personal golf course. Hey, I can dream can't I!

12 million? That's about as stark a pool as I've ever seen.

At $12,000,000 the package looks like a bargain! As soon as I get my next unemployment check I will put in a bid! Mineral Rights, too. Do you know how rare that is? Frack City, here we come!

For $12 million it has a pitiful kitchen, and looks seriously 1980s, BUT the views and land are spectacular.

I've been in that house. It was built in the 80's and is seriously dated in terms of both the floor plan and interior materials. Kitchen has been redone, but is very small for a house that size and the bathrooms haven't been touched since the house was built. Probably the best thing to do would be to nearly gut the interior and start from scratch. The locaction and property are spectactular, though!

When was this home built ?

The lighting in just about every room is HIDEOUS - the track lighting and silly-looking mid-ceiling fixtures in the living room are ANCIENT and would need to go - - and the kitchen is lit by what looks like k-Mart flourescents.

There better be GOLD on this flat, ugly parcel to justify that silly price !

VIEWS are NOT worth $12 M in Colorado, Realtors !!
