I have all the dvd's of the "original' episodes. I tried to watch the the Ashton Kutcher versions but could not make it through the latest episode. Have just had enough of Cryer. Sophie Winkleman and a daughter -- not cute or funny. To the producers -- it is over, It is over, it is over, move on. I will.

The entire show was based on Charlie, the rest were just fillers. His personality made the show. Ashton Kutcher can't act to save his life and nor does he seem to put any effort in it, and forget about being funny. Jon Cryer's routine as the bumbling idiot brother only worked against the charismatic personality of Charlie, without him he is just an irritating side act. The story lines suck as if even the writer's hearts aren't in it. The British girlfriend has the fakest English accent and looks like Ashton's Aunt.They can make Ashton get naked at the drop of a hat, or shave off his beard, date a British Aunt or get Patton Oswalt, nothing can save this show, they r just gonna milk it for as long as they can and than good riddance!

The show wasn't based on Charlie Sheen, it was based on 2 completely different brothers. Now it's based on 2 completely different frieds and is still as funny as it was before.
And Sophie Winkleman is a british actress (born and raised in London, England), how can her accent be fake?
