Good catch. They did. But online bios seem to underplay this (and HP hasn't caught on to this yet; the reporters are still in their 20's), perhaps because she was married to Scott Foley at the time. However, she did date Michael Vartan between her marriages, so it doesn't seem as if she left Foley for Affleck.
