Again. Wake me up when we are done building straw-men, end the partisan hackery, and ready to discuss the real issues of the warfare/welfare state that are bankrupting the United States.

I think some of these ignorant people expect him to ride a bicycle back and forth from Texas to D.C.
When he spends 4 million on a vacation to Hawaii like O did then we'll talk.

I expect him not to double dip. That's a pretty reasonable expectation.

Of course, if he is elected president (can you hear my laughter?), RP will take his own vacations that will cost upwards of $4 million too. You know, for the security and secret service and Air Force 1 and all the equipment and personnel needed to ensure that the president is working and engaged in running the country even while he is on vacation. Also, the residence the president and his family stayed at, their meals, souvenirs, anything personal is paid for out of their own pockets.

We protect our presidents and their families when they try to have a modicum of a normal life. It is the least we can do for them.

Have you even looked into Ron Paul's proposals for yourself? I would encourage you to do so rather than relying on the mainstream media to spoon feed information to you. If you start looking to sources other than those that are run by corporations, your eyes will be opened to the fact that we only get bits and pieces of the truth at best. That is why Ron Paul has such strong support from young voters--they look to sources other than CNN, Fox News, Msnbc, etc for what is really going on.

Ron Paul has proposed to reduce the presidential salary to 39k (the median American yearly income). He gives back most of his yearly salary as a Congressman. He is one of TWO Congressmen in history to refuse the Congressional pension. I could keep going. This guy walks the walk.

Go check out opensecrets.org to find out where candidates get their donations. RP's top contributors are the Army, the Navy and the Marines. Any other candidate? All banks, law firms, large corporations. Goldman-Sachs is a top contributor to both Obama and Romney.

Don't be fooled by the sham of a job that the news does on candidate coverage. RP polls better than any other candidate in the GOP against Obama. You would think that this would get some media attention but Paul being in the White House is a scary thing for corporate interests.

Wow, he accidently got reimbursed twice for a plane ticket. When he blows 500 million of taxpayer dollars on a solar company to pay off his cronies come on back, we'll talk.

30 years of honesty in COTUS stands and speaks for itself. Close your eyes and ignore that if you like that your choice.

Ooooooooooh...H got a free plane ticket...MAYBE? How about spending a little time on Rick W. Perry triple dipping the State while he was campaigning...and the $900K wasted on his "security detail"? Thoughts at 3 A.M. http://thoughtsatthreeam.blogspot.com/?spref=tw

Now we know that he's not really talking about the gold standard but rather the double reimbursement standard. It's certainly a good way to make your trips worthwhile.

Of course you don't. You're a Paulite. Someone could have irrefutable videotaped evidence of him offing someone and you'd still deny it, because the amount of cognitive dissonance Paulites display is beyond astounding.

IMO, I think it looks like someone’s getting nervous about how good Ron Paul chances are so their really digging deep. I find it strange that none of these accusations were in any debates but then they just pop up out of nowhere. With all the times this man has been reelected to COTUS and run for POTUS and now all of sudden someone finds this. Every time they run for COTUS or POTUS their rivals with look for whatever they can to hurt them so that they'll win so IMO there's something fishy here. Something stinks. MSM try giving him equal exposure as you do to the rest of the candidates then you won’t look so obvious.

The whole "flying 1st class" turned to be a whole bunch of nothing. It turned out that he was actually purchasing refundable coach tickets and then using his frequent flyer miles to upgrade. I expect that this will turn out the same way.
