Not really sold on characters with super strength or a general save-the-world ethos?
Well, after watching 30 seconds of this trailer for "The Avengers" you might be sounding more like Nick Fury, portrayed by Samuel L. Jackson, who proclaims, "I still believe in heroes" as the camera circles this intrepid cast.
Thor? Check. He's back and still packing that hammer.
Iron Man? On board.
Captain America? Seems well adjusted enough in present day.
Black Widow? Beautiful and presumably as formidable as ever.
Hawkeye? We even catch a fleeting glimpse of him readying his bow.
Oh, and there is a Hulk. And, after several tries, he looks pretty awesome.

For years, viewers have tuned into the NFL's Super Bowl as much to see what the advertisers roll out as how the two teams vying for the sport's top prize perform. This year was no different. Each time that NBC cut away from Super Bowl XLVI between the New York Giants and New England Patriots a hush came over most Super Bowl parties as everyone -- and not just the diehard sports fans with a rooting (or betting) interest -- focused entirely on the ads.
