Beyonce Makes First Post-Baby Appearance In Hot Red Dress At Jay-Z Carnegie Hall Concert (PHOTOS)

Beyonce stepped out for the first time last night since giving birth to daughter Blue Ivy Carter--and she looks amazing (not that there was ever a doubt)!

The 30-year-old superstar showed off her smokin' hot post-baby body in a figure-hugging red Alice Temperly dress as she supported her husband Jay-Z at the first of his two benefit concerts at Carnegie Hall.

We love that it has only been a month since Bey gave birth and she's already rocking a tight jersey dress. Bravo!

The "Bootylicious" singer also wore embellished Christian Louboutin heels and a gold Alexander McQueen clutch.

And Baby Blue definitely wasn't far from her mind. Beyonce finished her look with a big blue cocktail ring and blue nail polish.

We also spotted Bey's "IV" tattoo on her wedding finger since she wasn't wearing her massive engagement ring. Hubby Jay-Z bears the same tat on his finger, which stands for the roman numeral for "4." And they love the number 4. Why?

Beyonce was born on September 4, Jay-Z was born on December 4, the two were married on April 4, Beyonce's last album was titled "4" and they even gave their baby girl the middle name Ivy. Enough said.

Proud papa Jay-Z dedicated the concert to their daughter and after singing "Glory," the song he wrote for Blue Ivy, the rapper confessed:

"I didn't think I was going to make it through that one. That was tough."

To all the fools out there saying she had a surrogate...Didn't know widened hips were an effect from anything else from I don't know A BIRTH?!!

While that pink dress clip was sketchy, I didn't doubt she was pregnant, and it's not like people weren't speculating before, she only officially said something when there was only 2 or 3 months left into her pregnancy...

I KNEW she'd look like her mom though; while neither is fat, they both look...heavy set so it's understandable...

She looks tired though, I'd at least rest a bit, but kudos to her and the child!

Bey can simply return to where she came from. the entertainment industry is no longer interested in what she is peddling. that being motherhood. it is sad and unfortunate that after one drops a baby rather than a record, they are considered a liability. such is our society. Bey's voice was starting to show much improvement and range as of late. I guess this will have to be revisited at some point. Would have enjoyed a Destiny's Child reunion or tribute album even more.

Beyonce showed her bare belly bump, like a few months into her pregancy, in a white bikini. The pictures were shown in US Magazine and I saw them on tv. Plus, she wore a sheer cover up over a bikini months later and clearly she had a baby bump. For goodness sake, Katy Couric and several other people felt her stomach. I think Katie being a mother herself knows what a real baby bump feels like. That's why she said it was stupid to not think that Beyonce was really pregnant. She clearly looks like she had a baby, judging from how small she was before giving birth. She just worked out and watched what she ate while pregnant to keep in shape. I think it's what many celebrity and non-celebrity moms do. Beyonce looks beautiful.

Absolutely NOTHING wrong with parents who LOVE their new baby girl unconditionally. Everyone whose ever had a child KNOWS what it feels like to have your heat "runneth over." Nothing compares to the love for your child. Its indescribable, no words come close. AND let's not even talk about the SMELL of a new baby. Its GOD'S most beautiful scent.....till this day I remember how each of my children smelled when they are first born...its a scent you NEVER forget and will NEVER be able to duplicate.

I find it humorous how many people on this thread are saying that Bey did not have a baby four weeks ago, and this was all a publicity stunt because she does not "look" as if she had one....lol..lol..some folks are senseless and show their stupidity when they make such idiotic statements...Natalie Portman also had a baby and was on the Red Carpet less than a month later, J-Lo did the same things, and so have many other artist, and where were the naysayers and back biters then...this young lady, I am quite sure, does not ASK the media to follow her and her family around, they do it on their own...she was at an event to SUPPORT HER HUSBAND, like MANY other artist do, so why are all of the negative comments and hate being directed at her??? I am not even a Beyonce fan, never have been, but the level of ridiculousness and negativity directed at this young lady has gone beyond ignorance....if you do not like her, her music or her lifestyle, STOP COMMENTING IN THREADS THAT ARE ABOUT HER...don't you think that would make sense....sheeeeshhhh, people!

I know what you mean. All you have to do is look at her chest and her curvy hips to know that she's a NEW MOTHER. Any woman on the planet KNOWS that your breasts fill up like a GAS TANK before and after you have a baby. That's just an undisputed FACT!!!

Those milk jugs are filled to the rim with breasts milk. BE has never been big-chested in her life, so there is NO denying she's a new mommy at all. And her hips are a bit wider from carrying Baby Blue, but Beyonce has always been VERY FIT and HEALTHY and its not surprising that she looks absolutely BEAUTIFUL after only a month; I mean look at her mother, its ALL in her genes. Genetics plays a part as well. Haters just love to HATE...its what they do...why are we even surprised? NOT!!

Why when people criticize and are able to ask legitimate questions based on what they've SEEN they are instantly labeled as haters? It's obvious something about this whole pregnancy wasn't right from the jump. Whatever happened, I think the truth is definitely more plausible that she DIDN'T have a baby than if she did. While we're at it, their whole relationship comes across as fake...always has. This is a business merger, not two people in love. Check out Mariah and Nick if u wanna see how two people in love really are.

mscheivly what don't you understand? Beyonce and Jay Z are huge celebrities, wherever they go, cameras follow. There are always papprazzi as close to her house as they can get. Every news magazine has reporters on the lookout for them. Don't you see pictures of them in every magazine? somebody camped out somewhere and took their pictures. And as far as taking care of her kid, Supermodel Heidi Klum had a perfect figure and walked the runway three weeks after giving birth. You don't hear white people trashing her. They are saying she looks amazing. It's really sad when black people trash a black celebrity that has done nothing to them.
