$800.00 for a pair of pants? I'm a working professional and I can't afford that! What is this woman taking? Time for her to go get a facial, get her hair cut attractively and get real, LOL!

Korean style is what I usually go for when shopping but if I want to update my wardrobe I simply go to sale and I am set.
There is also ebay to satisfy my sale cravings if I still need more. I am more than happy to have my items shipped.

I have respect for Kelly Cutrone, based on what I've seen of her on the Dr. Phil show. However, she is the last person on earth I'd take fashion advice from. She may be in the industry, but she is clueless as is exemplified by the advice she gave in this clip.

Cutrone is an example of someone who works in the "Fashion Industry' and still has absolutely zero fashion sense. What worthless advise. Buy expensive high end designer clothing and accessorize off the street or any place you can buy accessories cheap? That does the opposit of "lifting or updating a look". You should do the opposite. Buy basic affordable clothing and upgrade it by investing in a few good pieces of jewelry, scarf, belt, shoes or handbags. You will transform looks with those accessories and get more bang for your buck.

Marlo just looked at her as if to say "I understand" , but lets face it, Marlo wouldnt be the sort to scavage streets stands for a belt . LOL.

I am utterly baffled as to why a women who has stringy, flat greasy hair and no makeup wearing a wrinkled, ill-fitting and non-descript blouse is giving fashion advice. Why would ANYONE who knew they'd be on camera dress like they just came from doing chores at home? Where can I get that gig?

I really not trying to be insulting, but -- sheesh! -- the first product that she's selling is herself and I ain't buying. I cannot respect her advice when I cannot respect how she presents herself.

Well, she didn't really say anything meaningful or that was helpful either.

Cutrone my work for the Fashion Industry but has zero fashion sense herself. One only looks like her because you don't really care how you look. As you can see, throwing on an expensive "designer' blouse doesn't mean you look good.

I'm not taking any advice from women who don't know when to leave well enough alone. The overuse of "filler" and botox is making famous women look scary and ridiculous. What's wrong with aging the best we can?
10:04 PM on 02/07/2012
I agree besides all of that can cause serious problems later on.
06:09 PM on 02/09/2012
I hadn't heard that. What kinds of problems, other than the possibility of infection? (I really am interested....) I also cannot figure out why any of these people, both men & women are able to delude themselves into thinking they look 'better' or 'younger.' To me they look like the statues from Madame Tussaud's (sp?) wax museum. Or is it that being on camera is when it is very obvious?
I'll admit I tried Botox a few times about 10 years ago. I didn't think it did anything. On top of that, my plastic surgeon hit a blood vessel near my lip that caused a bruise that extended from my lip all the way down my chin, and then morphed into a cold sore. That ended my experimenting with fillers.

Yea thrift stores flea markets and yard sales is the way to go.

Estate sales are the best for good values. The items are not being sold because someone is tired of them or they have much wear on them. The person has died. Horrible yes, but great for good deals. I just got some brand new, tags still on, Vassarette undies for pennies compared to store prices.
