When Courtney Stodden's new commercial for FreeCreditScore.com surfaced yesterday, the teen bride's mermaid costume got us thinking about all the other celebrities who've recently dressed as the mythical aquatic creature.

Just last week, Katy Perry made waves when she donned a sea-nymph look for a new ghd hairdryer campaign, shot by David LaChapelle. In 2011, Rihanna sported long Titian locks, a la Ariel, against an ocean backdrop on the cover of Vogue, later reprising the beach look for her Vita Coco Coconut Water ads.

sorry but who really finds this courtney stodden attractive
she so weird -overly tan body/ pale face w/ frost lip gloss then she seems to have perfected a billy idol sneer were she curves up her thin upper lip and tries to snarl at the camera ---just immature and comical--so young and so looney
