Miley Cyrus Garter Tights Turn Heads On Starbucks Coffee Run (PHOTOS)

Our morning coffee run gear usually consists of a hoodie, yoga pants and maybe even -- shhhh -- a pair of Uggs.

But Miley Cyrus chose a more, uh, titillating wardrobe as she grabbed Starbucks and headed to Bed Bath & Beyond in Los Angeles on Tuesday.

Cyrus paired what appears to be some lacy garters with black short-shorts, a graphic tee and a baggy green army jacket.

Miley's donned some controversial clothing items in the past -- the mom jeans, that sheer tee -- and she's worn lingerie-inspired costumes on stage with regularity.

That said... is it ever okay to wear lingerie in public? We know how Taylor Momsen would answer, but for the rest of us, we'd probably prefer to leave our sleepwear in the bedroom.

I thought you only found that kind of "style" in Wal-Mart. She needs to find out the difference between a costume and clothing. Just because someone of note (and she's not a star, please) dresses like a clown, does not make it a fashion statement. She needs to get a little more talent for that.

Let's just leave Miley alone......Just for once I wish half theses people who make comments and, take pics about others dressing would walk a mile in the stars shoes to not even be able to walk out your front door without a camera in their face. People all over have their own style we maty or may not like it but posting it I think is just plan RUDE...
