Who Should Win 'Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen'? (POLL)

Last Chance Kitchen Split

The Huffington Post   Posted: 02/ 8/2012 1:31 pm

I've been in denial all season long about the existence of "Top Chef's" online offshoot "Last Chance Kitchen." I've heard people say that it's been entertaining, but I just couldn't bring myself to embrace something that extends this pretty mediocre season.

Now that the winner is about to be brought back onto the show (Wed., Feb. 8, 10 p.m. EST on Bravo) -- and I'm admittedly (finally!) getting a bit more invested in the Texas season's contestants -- let's take a poll ...

Who do you think should win "Last Chance Kitchen" and be brought back into the competition?

Grayson is an entertaining cheftestant to watch, but I think she peaked at probably spot 5 or 6. I think she's a solid chef, but not finalist material. She isn't quite sophisticated enough as of yet. Can't believe Beverly made it as far as she has, was certain the Last Chance winner was going to be Nyesha.

I agree!!! I was certain Nyesha would be returning to the kitchen! I think she was robbed of the opportunity. I think the only reason why Beverly one was because of pity. Nyesha was a beast in the kitchen! I haven't bee watching it as faithfully after Nyesha left. It has been a bit boring this season. I wish they would bring her back.

Oh come on--Nyesha was not robbed. In fact, the challenge that she lost was tailor-made for her. Nyesha can cook Asian food, while Beverly rarely cooks other kinds of food. The ingredient swap should have given Nyesha an advantage. I think the problem was that Nyesha simply left too early. To win more than 4 challenges in a row against the increasing level of competition is just too much to ask. Only one person can win Top Chef, but there are other "winners" (Nyesha) and "losers" ("Chef" Tyler Stone).
