Halle Berry, Daughter Nahla Moving To Europe? REPORT

In the midst of a bitter custody battle over daughter Nahla with ex-bofyriend Gabriel Aubry, Halle Berry has decided she wants to move to Europe. According to court documents uncovered by TMZ, the 45-year-old Oscar winner has filed papers requesting a move to France with longtime boyfriend, French actor Olivier Martinez.

Previously, Berry had filed for full custody of their 3-year-old daughter while Aubry was being investigated for criminal child endangerment and battery charges. The 36-year-old male model is accused of abusing the child's nanny, according to a police report filed by the nanny.

In the meantime, Aubrey has been granted monitored visits to his daughter by the Los Angeles County Department of Children and Family Services. DCFS also recommended that Berry and Aubry take parenting classes. The former couple split in April 2010, after dating for four years.

The only thing Halle has been in the media for is negative press, she needs to step away away and get her head together. I thinks she's very overprotected and I understand why, she was abused as a child, sexually and she's afraid of her husbands lifestyle obviously. What I don't understand is that she had time to choose the father of her child, did she choose him for his looks or for his character. I think she choose him just to have a baby with, now she wants him out of the way, but it doesn't work that way when the man wants to be apart of his child's life.

I use to like Halle Berry but now I think she is just a crazy,spitefull,selfish witch.Someday when her daughter is older she is gonna find out how her mother did everything in her power to alienate her daughter from her father.We will she a very wild teenage Nahla I hope she makes Halles' life miserable for taking her father away.I will never watch Miss Berry again.She should be ashamed of herself!!

I felt the way you do so guess what? I moved to EUROPE and I have been living here for quite some time. FUN...GREAT...MEANINGFUL...ENRICHING...EDUCATIONAL...and the story goes on and on.

THE U.S.? Well, quite boring. I love to visit my home twice a year. I visit like a TOURIST! I look at things I never paid attention to in the past. It is quite strange but also exciting! Living abroad for some time is really good for you. Especially when you can live anywhere in the world at the highest levels. I am fortunate. The U.S. is great in so many ways but LACKS ETIQUETTE in the biggest way. Like a rough diamond...the U.S. is just that ROUGH!

I believe ALL AMERICANS should leave, go out and find out what it really does mean to be AMERICAN! Once you do, your outlook in life will change dramatically.

I am an American and I've been to Europe. While I think every American should travel if they are able, this fact doesn't have anything to do with the article, which sounds like Halle is attempting to make it more harder for her daughter's father to be a part of her life.

Both Halle and her ex need to get their stuff together for the sake of their daughter. Kids hear everything and the only one that is getting hurt is this poor child. Shame on both of the parents for their juvenile behavior.

A lot of people seem to forget that Gabriel is on supervised visits, and the judge refused twice to lift them. If he's such a good dad, then why does he have to be supervised while with his daughter? There had to have been proof of something happening.

It was reported here in L.A. that Halle wanted to move out of the country because a lunatic stalker who was shot by Madonna's bodyguards trying to enter her house, who had also repeatedly threatened to slit Halle's throat (as well as Madonna's) escaped from the mental institution he was sentenced to and was roaming Los Angeles this week. He was just captured today, but the institution didn't bother to tell anyone - or specifically Madonna and Halle - that he had escaped. Frankly, I'd want to move as far as I could to protect my child, too.

Halle used Gabriel so that she could have a baby.Once Nahla was born, she didn't have any other use for him, that's why they broke up! Gabriel was nothing more than a sperm donor.Now she is trying to cut off all contact with him and make it extremely hard for him to have his own daughter in his life.He is her father, he should be in her life.Gabriel was DUMB for letting Halle use him as a SPERM DONOR.Cause that's exactly what he is!

I think if your a public person, stalkers or fans are common and going to France isn't really going to change that. Good news is her career is pretty much over so she should go. Bad news is she'll most likely have to relinquish custody of her child to her father.
Like any judge is going to buy this line of BS when a custody battle is waging.
Also you know he's a nasty person? Based on the stories she planting in the press?
Looks to me like a ageing woman getting dumped by a young lover and she trying trying to get at him through is child.
She the one with the past suicide attempts and didn't she have a old boyfriend who had a restraining order against her. This woman has been in and out of tabloids for years as a wacko. How many relationships has she had. How many attack against ex's has she waged? He last husband was a sex addict. So clearly it her fault for marrying all messed up guys. What sane guy would go near this train wreck.

I love Halle Berry,but I honestly don't believe that Gabriel abused his daughter. If he got mad and push the nanny he probably wasn't thinking correctly at the time. Trust me, if he didn't want that baby he wouldn't be bothered by spending any time with her. I think Halle knows the real truth but is using this incident to get full custody.
