best date: Aug 11 2009. Drove 2 1/2 hours to meet for dinner. Relaxed, ate, flirted, held hands, and watched the sun set over the Gulf of Mexico. Now we live in Palm Beach, eat supper out by our pool backing up next to a nature preserve, or take a 40 minute walk to the Atlantic Ocean and the Gulfstream.

In fact today is the anniversary of that day. Two years ago. I went over my now wife's house and I cooked dinner . We sat on the couch and watched t/v and said...let's get naked..From that day on we have one day a week we pick as ...Naked nite!

I was walking with my now husband down a main road going to see waterfalls and it started pouring, we ran back about two miles,stayed in a little house type thing for mail deliveries until it stopped, it was wonderful and one of the best times i have had.

When I was dating my husband he took me out to dinner for Valentine's Day to a lovely, dimly lit, intimate restaurant. When we were shown to our table, he had had a dozen roses delivered to it! It swept me off my feet! Nearly thirty years later, he's still romantic, I'm so lucky!

The best dates, it doesn't matter where you are or what you set out to do, but the chemistry is so strong that neither person can hold back, the conversation, the glow, the impossible to stop smiles, the electric jolt from the slightest touch, the inevitable kiss... and who knows what else.

I never had a good date. I stopped dating and just moved in with a girlfriend on the rebound who I ended up marrying.
