Miramonte Elementary, the site of the Los Angeles school sex abuse scandal may have been the perfect place for an abuser to prey on vulnerable, disadvantaged children.

The school's 1,400 students come mainly from impoverished Latino homes, and some of their parents are illegal immigrants --meaning they are hesitant to approach authorities for fear of being deported.

And because many of the parents don't speak English, they are unlikely to be involved with their children's school.

this is so very disgusting. and if every single child is not given therapy, some of these kids will grow up and imitate these actions someday whether they realize it or not

The entire staff needs to be replaced due to the fact there had to be others that were doing things to the children, or others knew about it and did nothing.
