Court documents detailing the abuse of Rihanna by Chris Brown were released earlier today, and chances are the details are worse than you’d think. In the documents, a police statement outlines what Rihanna (referred to as ‘Robyn F.) said happened during the events.

“A verbal argument ensued and Brown pulled the vehicle over on an unknown street, reached over Robyn F. with his right hand, opened the car door and attempted to force her out. Brown was unable to force Robyn F. out of the vehicle because she was wearing a seat belt. When he could not force her to exit, he took his right hand and shoved her head against he passenger window of the vehicle, causing an approximate one-inch raised circular contusion.

“Robyn F. turned to face Brown and he punched her in the left eye with his right hand. He then drove away in the vehicle and continued to punch her in the face with his right hand while steering the vehicle with his left hand. The assault caused Robyn F.’s mouth to fill with blood and blood to splatter all over her clothing and the interior of the vehicle.

“Brown looked at Robyn F. and stated, ‘I’m going to beat the sh– out of you when we get home! You wait and see!’

In the documents, a police statement outlines what Rihanna (referred to as ‘Robyn F. in the files) said happened during the events.

Statements in the documents were made by the responding LAPD officer:

“Brown looked at Robyn F. and stated, ‘I’m going to beat the sh– out of you when we get home! You wait and see!’

” The detective said “Robyn F.” then used her cell phone to call her personal assistant Jennifer Rosales, who did not answer.

“Robyn F. pretended to talk to her and stated, ‘I’m on my way home. Make sure the police are there when I get there.’ After Robyn F. faked the call, Brown looked at her and stated, ‘You just did the stupidest thing ever! Now I’m really going to kill you!’"

Brown resumed punching Robyn F. and she interlocked her fingers behind her head and brought her elbows forward to protect her face. She then bent over at the waist, placing her elbows and face near her lap in [an] attempt to protect her face and head from the barrage of punches being levied upon her by Brown.

“Brown continued to punch Robyn F. on her left arm and hand, causing her to suffer a contusion on her left triceps (sic) that was approximately two inches in diameter and numerous contusions on her left hand.

GREAT SHOW, CHRIS!!!

I'm glad that you stayed focused on your game, and finally received a GRAMMY!

Chris Brown may be a great amateur dancer, but his singing is wholly dependent on auto-tuning, software, and audio technicians. And on a night when real voices being honored, such as Whitney Houston and Adele, showcasing a manufactured faux voice like Brown was especially unpleasant.

As for his conviction for beating Rihanna, all indications are that his gestures of remorse were just that, gestures, constructed for him by his PR folks and label. At a minimum let's not rush in to forgive and forget when he hasn't even completed probation and still refers to his conviction for assault "the thing that happened."

Maybe next time, him and Bobby Brown can collaborate.

The sad fact is that we the public will never know his full regret because regardless of what he does or says the media is only going to show what they want. The other sad fact is how much longer does he have to pay for what he did, he did his time, has shown the system that he has taken full responsibility for his actions and to be honest its up to the victim to show forgiveness not us. What I find so hysterical with the media, and here on HF they have an article on Woody Allen, what now that his wife is of age his act of sleeping with her while a minor is all forgiven?? Lets not be hyprocrites!

There's definitely a reason why Chris Brown can't be forgiven and Woody Allen can sit front court at Knicks games with no problem. It's pretty clear to me.

Omg.. People please.. Get over it.. Are ya'll seriously tripping over something that happened in 2009.. If both of the people that were involved are moving on.. You need to move on.. After all, it isn't any of your business or concern in the first place... People make mistakes.. They are only human.. And you only talking about him because he is famous.. I don't think you go run out the house trying to help your neighbor who gets beat every night.. And i doubt if you ever say anything to them about it.. So just shut up already... Cause when its all sad and done.. He's still one of the best R&B performers around!!

It was a WELL DESERVED WIN. The Grammys judge on MUSIC, not on what a few mad people think about it. Whether you like it or not, Chris Brown has impacted R&B charts greatly in 2011 and the win was to reward him on that!

I'll give him this: he got through the entire evening (so far) without beating up a woman! At least, I am unaware of any reports to the contrary. of course, the night isn't over with yet (and they ARE on Left Coast time!).

Stay tuned!

He has talent, but I can't get over the fact that he nearly killed Rihanna, and never really showed regret.

Yeah, let's allow him to perform despite the fact that he's a known abuser. Awesome job.

Those saddened by Whitney many an enabler in that audience who sat by and did nothing. Just as they applaud an abusive man with hate issues. Applaud the drug addict applaud the physical abuser... any abuser... just clap.
