This weekend news of America's most passionate vocalist's untimely passing left millions devastated. Whitney Houston will be forever remembered for her talent and devotion to music. The Grammy Awards hosted a beautiful tribute to the legend, but our favorite dedication came from, of all places, Dubai.

Yes, Dubai tends to do things over the top, but the power of Houston's voice needs a pretty big visual component to match up. Watch the monumental fountain and light display synchronized to "I Will Always Love You."

My best Whitney memory: I was getting a sigmoidoscopy-a little doped up, lying on the table, watching on a tv screen as the camera snaked it's way through my bowels, with Whitney singing "the Greatest Love of All" in the background

Pretty...But last night's Grammy tribute to Houston by Jennifer Hudson took real guts and she pulled it off gracefully, flawlessly, and from the heart. I dare say, there wasn't a dry eye in the house.

Simon, Are you kidding me, of course there are probably millions devastated. YOU need to do your homework and get a sense of proportion. She was an international music Icon, one of a kind. Hello. I wonder what would make you say something like that?

It's a beautiful show, but it wasn't a special Whitney Houston tribute. It's been around a while. It only takes a 30 second Youtube search to see that.
