Methinks
Glen Hansard will sing Come Away to the Water and
Maroon 5 will sing Take The Heartland.
I may be wrong...
but seeing as Glen wrote and already sang Come Away to the Water
it looks like another typo in the many adjustments of the" official" list.

I'm sorry, but how DARE anyone make comparisons between the Twilight Crowd and the HG crowd. The Hunger Games crowd, which i and my friends are a part of, are disgusted when HG is compared to the crap that is twilight. And may i point out, we are NOT 'teenyboppers' and many of us have been into the Hunger Games LONG before plans were announced for a movie, and are not jumping on the Hunger Games bandwagon because 'josh hutcherson is hot' or whatever crap. By the way, Taylor Swift is VERY talented and whatever you are trying to imply about her 'talentlessness' is revolting. I have seen her live and she is brilliant. Please take your hate elsewhere, to someone who actually deserves it. Spare us Hunger Games fans your pitiful comparisons, and eye rolls.

Indeed. Twilight is pure tripe. Bella needs to be on meds.

The Hunger Games is a classic tale of the Hero's Journey. We need a strong female hero, and Katniss is that girl. There is no comparison to her steely strength and the ridiculous twit that is Bella.

But, come on, Josh and Liam are quite hot.

Thankfully the featured track issued by the label here is "One Engine" by The Decemberist. The label understands that Taylor Swift's appeal is becoming limited due her lack of talent.

There's a recording of her without autotune floating around in the hands of certain sound engineers, producers and concert promoters that less than flattering.

Taylor Swift is VERY talented, thank you very much. I have seen her live, and whatever crap you are trying to spread about her autotuneless is bull. Look, I understand if you don't like her, but there's no need to make it sound as if she has no talent by implying that without autotune she is crap.

Ear of the beholder, Hazel. I believe you are a little to serious about Taylor. And remember, it was The Decemberist track that was featured by the label.

There are some good bands on this list.

I don't understand how Florence + The Machine's "Howl" isn't on this list.

" I hunt for you with bloody feet across the hallowed ground
Like some child possessed, the beast howls in my veins
I want to find you, tear out all of your tenderness"

I'll give them a head's up now, that Florence + the Machine's "Drumming Song" would be very good for the third movie.

I agree more Florence, less Taylor

For the soundtrack, Lionsgate went to Europe, so that the company can escape having to provide health care and pension contributions, fair wages, and royalty payments, benefits that everyone else working on 'The Hunger Games' will most certainly receive. Shame on them!

It is unfortunate that is that rare developed nation that ties health care to employment.
