We've all bought a packet of fresh herbs at some point for a specific recipe and after using the one or two sprigs needed, we're still left with a whole bunch of herbs. Well, unless you dry the leftover herbs right away, most of the time it will end up spoiling in the back of your fridge. It's easy to forget about those herbs and then you feel bad because you let them go to waste. Well, not anymore! With this handy recipe guide you can cook a week's worth of meals, from Monday to Friday, using a bouquet of rosemary.
Rosemary is so versatile -- it can be chopped for use in a marinade, glaze or sauce. Whole sprigs can be roasted with chicken and potatoes (the herbs turn crisp and they're delicious when eaten). Hardier rosemary sprigs can even be stripped of their leaves and used as skewers for cubes of meat or fish. Here are five great ways to use rosemary for your weeknight dinners. Feel free to switch the recipes around or stick to the weekday plan we've provided.
