And did she ever. She talked to a pretty wide range of Los Angeles pedestrians, whose Valentine's Day plans ranged from stealing flowers from the neighbor's garden to buying sexy flannel pajamas from Victoria's Secret.

I saw the scam on the freeway as it occured. A newly painted junk car sped onto the freeway and pulled in front on a car just ahead of where I was and immediately slammed on the brakes. Bam! Instant rear ender, as planned. How much collected? I don't know.
