What Is The Sound Of A Breaking Heart?

Hearts make lots of noises as they rip juicily apart.

Sometimes they squelch, sometimes they purr, sometimes they shriek like deranged banshees.

The cry of a hungry, tired child. The sounds of old age. The sound of a knock on a door made by Military coming to bring news to family. The silence of a child so bullied and terrified, he/she can't tell anyone. The sound of front door of foreclosed house closing for the last time. The anguished sound of a mother who's child has been abducted/ found murdered. The sound of that last $20 bill unfolding for gas.
