Dog Poop Argument Allegedly Leads To Murder: Tyrirk Harris Accused Of Shooting Frank Santana

The dog poop really hit the fan in Philadelphia where one man is accused of shooting a neighbor in the face who complained about his canines' mess.

Tyrirk Harris, 27, allegedly pulled out a handgun on Tuesday and shot dead his neighbor, Franklin Santana after Santana said he was tired of Harris' chihuahua and German shepherd using his yard as their bathroom, NBC 10 reported.

Neighbors told the station that this wasn't the first time the block had complained about Harris' dogs and their dirty business.

"A German Shepherd and a Chihuahua -- these dogs were running free," said Philadelphia Police Chief Inspector Scott Small. "There were dog feces on several of the neighbor's yards. That's what led to this particular confrontation."

Santana -- who leaves behind a wife and a six-week-old daughter -- had multiple gunshot wounds in his neck and torso, according to ABC.

A witness told the station that Harris "didn't run" after the alleged shooting, but that "he stood there, shocked that he did what he did."

Harris was arrested and charged with murder.
