GLSEN, The Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network, is the leading national education organization focused on ensuring safe schools for all students.

This past week GLSEN set up camp at New York Fashion Week in order to raise awareness about the upcoming National Day of Silence taking place on April 20, 2012. On that day students across the country will take a vow of silence to call attention to the silencing effect of anti-LGBT bullying and harassment in schools.

On February 12 and 13 the GLSEN Fashion Lounge, which was presented by ELLE magazine, featured sketches from designers and other celebrities, that showed their interpretations of GLSEN's Day of Silence.

See some of GLSEN's famous friends who dropped by the Lounge to share their sketches and then head to GLSEN's official website to find out how you can help fight anti-LGBT bullying.
