NIcki Minaj Looks Normal In Forever 21, Nanette Lepore : Love It Or Leave It? (PHOTOS, POLL)

Hey Nicki! You're giving me heart palpitations with your near-normal style.

After turning heads at the 2012 Grammys with her Roman Catholic-inspired costume, The "Pink Friday" rapper toned it all the way down while promoting her latest project.

Nicki joined Ricky Martin on "Good Morning America" Wednesday morning to talk about their HIV/AIDS awareness campaign with MAC Cosmetics dressed in a Forever 21 Mod Colorblock Mesh Dress ($27.80). The curve-hugging number was big on color, but she kept it classy with a powder blue Chanel handbag, jeweled bracelets and camel peep-toe booties.

Later that night, she made her signature funny faces at the MAC Viva Glam Party in New York City while sporting a preppy Nanette Lepore dress suit with matching caged heels. Nicki's blonde hairdo, fresh-faced makeup and Barbie pink lipstick takes her into preppy territory.

What happened to the neon leggings, wacky wigs and over-the-top jewels? Did Nicki get a new stylist? Regardless of what inspired her makeover, we really like it.

Nicki is as real as a Barbie Doll. She's added plastic to her "penthouse" & basement". Six
years ago when she was coming up she had the looks of a plain jane, now she looks
like a cartoon character.

Sad- she's losing her sense of identity with all the superficial stunts and I don't mean socio-economic identity-I just wonder if she's been to a museum lately or to anyplace where she isn't a celebrity? Travel to India and Brazil- see the world and straight away. Get outside the lame machine. You're going to end up as obsolete and redundant as Lil' Kim with all these affectations of class.
