okay, so he had a "tiger mom." he isn't the first person to have an involved parent who wanted their son to succeed in life. a lot of players have "tiger moms" who supported and raised their sons to do well in their studies as well as their love of sports. give me a break.

he's doing well and is a cinderella story right now, but let's not get crazy here and act like he's the first player to ever have a winning streak and a touching story from the bench to first string.

Not only do I agree but I think it is offensive his mom has to classified as a "tiger mom"--how about just a proactive parent? "She encouraged him to focus after Harvard not on an MBA but on the NBA" No she wasn't a Tiger Mom -she was her child's mom-- which is the best compliment a mom can get.
