Go to jail. Go directly to jail, do not pass go, do not collect $200. Mr. Obama? Mr. Holder? Congress? You all need to get behind the American people on this. Occupy Reality kids.

Government policies written by lobbyists carve out exemptions, special treatment, government granted monopolies, criminal enforcement of intellectual property (this last is a very new idea and a dangerous one), a patent system that is out of control and generating debilitating litigation, not to mention barriers to entry into markets and stifling competition. Tax breaks targeting the wealthiest citizens and corporations, taxpayer bailouts and grants and guarantees for corporations which benefit their owners, a two-tiered criminal system (one for the wealthy and for us everyone else), all sorts of mechanism like these are now being used to cause wealth to flow to the top using government power to get it there. Lobbyists have become so successful in dominating elected politics at all levels, it is not far fetched to call them our real rulers.

I wonder if Cohn can capture the magic of his predecessor by putting a "I don't understand" look on his face when a senator accuses his firm of selling short to bet against itself. He robbed the financial product consumer blind and got away with it. Over one thousand convictions in the smaller savings and loan crisis during the Reagan years. None yet under Obama in the largest financial crisis since the Great Depression. Put the crooks in jail.

You think someone that wealthy gives a damn? He won, of course it helped that the deck was stacked every time he made a move.
