Martha McSally, GOP Congressional Candidate, Wants To Kick Rick Santorum 'In The Jimmy' (VIDEO)

Martha McSally, a United States Air Force veteran and now a GOP congressional candidate for the Arizona seat formerly held by Democrat Gabrielle Giffords, isn't taking kindly to Republican presidential candidate Rick Santorum's recent comments about the proposed changing roles of women in the military.

Santorum caused a stir earlier this month when he suggested that new Pentagon rules allowing women to take positions closer to frontline combat -- a situation that has already been playing out on the battlefield -- could create "compromising situations" due to "emotions." He later attempted to clarify that he was claiming it was the emotions and natural protective instincts of men that could end up complicating the mission if women were put in harm's way.

McSally, a retired Air Force colonel and the first American woman to fly in combat, took offense to Santorum's remarks, telling Fox News with a laugh on Friday that they deserved a retaliatory strike to the nether regions.

"You know I agree with many of the things that Rick Santorum says, but when I heard this I really just wanted to go kick him in the jimmy," McSally said. "He's totally out of touch. I mean, completely out of touch. These are the types of arguments we heard 20, 25 years ago as to why women couldn’t be fighter pilots and it's an insult to the men and women who are serving overseas, putting their lives on the line and focusing on the mission right now."

McSally went on to say that Santorum would be in Arizona next week, and that she looked forward to meeting with him to "bring him up to speed."

It's unclear if that's military code for a swift kick to the crotch.

you nit-wits all miss the point.."women in combat" Santorum, speaks for me, and alot of guys who remain silent, fuming that this slipped under the rug...who ASKED US? Where was the public discussion? Which Prez passed this? Sly, secretive...I smell Hillary Clinton in this. It pains me to live in a country where we sacrifice our women for protection, and worse still suffer the indignities of course, crude comments of Ms McSally in the process. A feminist no doubt? How cute

You know its about time women like this got a swift kick in the sally. Or the "martha" if you will. Maybe when women start getting kicked in THEIR nether regions they will stop both suggesting men deserved to be kicked there, and stop kicking men there.

But you know, Rick Santorum is a Man, so what does it matter that a woman suggest sexual assault, rape, on him.

If a man said he wanted to kick a woman in the crotch, would all of you be applauding him? {{-_-}}

No one is applauding her- she still plays for the same team.

We are just enjoying a break in the ranks.

A break in the ranks you would most certainly not enjoy if a man had suggested kicking a woman in the crotch. But go ahead, and "enjoy" her sexual assault comment, after all it's only a man she was suggesting she wanted to sexually assault, not a woman, so what does he matter. Obviously no only means no if a woman says it...

Since sex is only for procreation...I'm guessing that Tricky Ricky's Manufacturing Division is put of bidness. Wow...20+ years of marriage...and 9 1/2 minutes worth of sex...That might make anybody want to nuke something. A Weekend WTF? Thoughts at 3 A.M. http://thoughtsatthreeam.blogspot.com/?spref=tw

Might as well kick him in the Jimmy, he is not using it for nothing anyway. And besides he would probably enjoy it.

This is what is called rape apologetics. If someone had suggested kicking a woman in the crotch you'd not be suggesting she would enjoy it. Sexual assault is not funny.

For someone that has obviously greatly benefited from all the work that's been done trying to achieve equality for all, why would she be associated with a political group that is fighting against equality daily?

She wouldn't have my vote.

Interesting revelation by the contender. On the one hand she agrees w/ Santorum on many of his positions but then considers him to be out of touch on this one issue, which, by the way, is an issue solely propped up by Republicans and conservatives.

PAT TILLMAN WALKED AWAY FROM A FORTUNE IN FOOTBALL TO SERVE HIS COUNTRY, NOW THATS PATROTISM, UNLIKE SANTORUM AND GINGRICH WHO LOOKED FOR EXCUSES NOT TO SERVE.
07:39 AM on 02/18/2012
I AM AMAZED AT HOW MUCH PEOPLE LIKE SANTORUM KNOW ABOUT COMBAT, WHEN THEY NEVER SERVED.
07:36 AM on 02/18/2012
OH YEAH I CAN SEE IT NOW, WOMEN IN COMBAT, BULLETS TO MY RIGHT BULLETS TO MY LEFT HAND GRENADES GOING OFF, IM COVERED IN DIRT AND MUD,AN SCRAMBLING FOR COVER, BUT DAMM ALL I CAN THINK OF IS HOW HOT THAT WOMAN LOOKS IN FATIGUES.

Not a fan of Ricky, but given the number of children they have, it's likely the only part of his body that actually functions.
