Niess said the elections board is likely to order the election because Walker's campaign said it had only flagged between 10 percent and 20 percent of the 330,000 counted signatures as potentially invalid.  ... Niess said there is "little likelihood" enough signatures will be flagged to result in an election being stopped.

That result is unlikely to change no matter how much time the  Read More...

Unlikely to change? I beg to differ. Given enough time, Walker could find someone to show up with "evidence" that tens of thousands of signatures were forged, or that the signers don't exist, or that the signers were unlawfully coerced. With all the election shenanigans in Wisconsin, I have no doubt that given enough time, Walker could destroy or falsely discredit or otherwise invalidate enough signatures to retain his office.

The judge is right. Thirty days is more than enough time. After all, the Dems didn't request any extensions in order to get those signatures in the first place.

The GOTPers can't even handle counting caucus votes in the great state of Maine and there were only 5,000 votes. I imagine they need a couple of thousand volunteers to check the sigantures, what with having to count on their fingers and toes. That's Walker's job plan.

The american people are rejecting progressives so they resort to subversion via recall.

Wow, really?!?!? Did you know that they Gubantor, Ahnuld Schwarznegger, was forced onto CA in a recall of a progressive. A little thing called the Intertubes showed me The Google and I found it out really quick and easy.

But I can only guess what's in the snack cakes you're eating.

Nuppers...read this...it will answer your inane questions. That is, if you really want your inane questions answered. Being a tool, I suspect you don't and won't.

To your $810M not "adding" to the $13T, the money was given to other states.

Reading the various trawls we have screeching around here, I'm reminded of the dreadful scenes in "1984" where Winston and Julia go to the required "2-Minute-H.a.t.e." meetings.

I really think these RW are shown the targets of the season -be they teachers, unions, g.a.y. people, women, whatever - and encouraged to get into a frenzy against them. This sure looks like it's organized, because all the screechers express the same odium toward the same targets, and use the same language.

The man is going balder everyday. I can see the thinning of his hair from my backyard in California.

If Walker has done such a great job as you Walker lovers pretends , so confident about and is Mr. Goodie Two Shoes type of governor, why is he running back to court pleasing with the judge for more time to raise money to fight his recall?

A righteous man or leader never worry ,he prays.

How dare Mr. Walker take on these Government Unions!
It is as though Scott Walker thinks working for Wisconsin Taxpayers is HIS job!
Almost as though balancing our state budget, reducing the state unemployment to 7.1% and saving your job and creating thousands of new jobs is what Wisconsinites elected him to do.
YOU ARE CORRECT -- THIS GUY HAS NERVE!

We all know he used the stimulius money from the federal government and stole all he could from public education to balance what ever.
I am from the west coast but knows this must about the supposely great job Walker is doing.
After hearing Walker on that tape last year,he did not fool anyone, any longer but himself.
08:16 AM on 02/21/2012
proof? sure but how is TAX REVENUE? did he do like rick perry and take FEDERAL MONEY to balance his budget? has he laid of teachers and police? or did he do like in ben harbour and fire all the ELECTED OFFICIALS and hire croneys? tha fact is he has made the state worse, for education and public safety. unions only represent 6% TOTAL of the entire workforce. you need to stop watching fox. you are in a fatasy world if you think they have a lot of power. beside collective bargaining is AMERICAN. if the union doesnt get you a good deal who will? wall mart? target? exxon mobile? theyd give min wage or even less giving the republicans trying to get rid of even min wage! you guys are truely ignornt of other peoples lives. thats why your party will never have power again for a long time!

"All politics is local" Tip O'Neil was talking about how people only cared about what you did for them...Today it means what the politician does to them... I'm glad Walker will be gone soon, and I hope he slinks off into oblivion. There are going to be many more local battles in the coming year... and the 99% are only going to win when they come out to sign petitions and vote in full force. Using social media may be the only thing that saves democracy. There is so much money on the other side...

He won't slink off. The downside to a successful recall election in Wisconsin is that the rest of the nation will likely have to put up with at least 3 or 4 years, maybe more, of Scott Walker, Fox News Contributor.
