Although Kim hadn't gone on the trip her presence was still hanging over the group as NeNe Leakes used it as an excuse to rile things up with the other women. When she found out that Sheree and Kandi had called Kim from South Africa NeNe started making digs at them, saying Kim was their boss.
In previous seasons this is where the wig pulling and/or table-flipping would normally kick off, but NeNe's already said how tiring and draining all the drama is, so this time they stuck to bitchy remarks and sarcasm rather than fisticuffs.
As Sheree said, NeNe made it all about herself, although she did take some potshots at Cynthia along the way. In the end, though, the women seemed to agree that they're all their own bosses, even if some are definitely bossier than others.
Follow the drama on "The Real Housewives Of Atlanta," Sundays at 9 p.m. EST on Bravo.

What I learned during my book tour is that I was dying to have people actually read my book, and if they were going to read it, I was first going to have to sell it to them.
In an era marked by the increased presence of law enforcement in Black communities, young Black men were particularly susceptible to blatant forms of police brutality. As such, so-called "gangsta rap "was likely the most organic documentation of police brutality in Black communities.
Beware of the woman who doesn't like other women. We all know one or two, who says, "I don't know why women don't like me." Or "I just don't seem to get along with women." These women aren't going to help you thrive.
This sexy primetime soap about the personal and professional lives and loves of three upscale women in Atlanta may at times be lighter than air, but the same can be said of much summer escapist fare.
I can no longer stand to watch a program that -- while brilliantly produced and written with respect to entertainment value -- perpetuates a horrible stereotype about women: that they are hysterical, unhinged and conniving.
