Adele Ring: Engagement Bling Or Just Awesome Jewelry? (PHOTOS)

By any measure, Adele has already had a pretty fantastic 2012: she landed a Vogue cover, swept the Grammys with six wins and just took home Best Female Artist Award at the Brit Awards this evening.

But if that shiny rock on her left hand in any indication, Adele might have even more reasons to smile in 2012.

In checking out photos of the crooner's multiple black dresses at the Brits, we can see pretty clearly that she's got two bejeweled rings on her left ring finger. One appears to be a simple band, while below it sits bigger ring with a flashy yellow stone.

We would be a bit surprised if Adele was already engaged. Not only did she wear an equally blingy but totally different rock on her left ring finger at the Grammys, but she also just made her first public appearance with her boyfriend Simon Konecki at the awards show two weeks ago.

But the two have been dating since last summer, which in celebrity time is at least a decade. Plus some of the more gossipy tabloids are reporting that Konecki's already been planning a proposal...

Do we hear wedding bells ringing?

Engaged or not, Adele was glowing in not one but two black frocks at Tuesday's show. Turning down the glam factor just a notch after her high-wattage Grammys appearance, Adele walked the Brits red carpet in a black floor-length gown with sheer sleeves and later took to the stage in a black knee-length dress with lace sleeves.

Both looked lovely, although neither matched the stunning glittering creation that was her Armani Prive Grammys gown.

UPDATE: Vogue UK reports that Adele's ring was on loan from DeBeers. More details: it's a DeBeers Solitaire Ring, featuring a 7.41-carat yellow diamond and two rare 1.58-carat diamonds, stacked alongside two De Beers Eternity Bands. Not too shabby!

What a fantastic artist this young Lady is. She blew me away singing at the Grammy's. Down to earth, what a great roll model of going after what you want in life. I feel lucky to have heard this great voice in my lifetime. Plus, she'll bring back that great name "Adele"...Happy life to her, and may all her dreams come true. God bless us all....

So she wore a diamond ring, Heck I bought alot of my own jewelry and some just happened to have been diamonds. She makes her own money, she can buy her own jewelry and etc. She's a big girl, and I'm not talking about her weight!

her music is beautiful, her voice is very genuine ,and her beauty is classic and refreshing . She also doesnt cave to conventional thinking with regard to hair and clothes. She is young, yet mature, and hasn't sold out. Class act. Even with her cockney potty mouth.

She's a girl who writes and sings music.She has tremendous talent and from her interviews, appears to be down-to-earth and sincere. As she told Anderson Cooper "I just write love songs, and who doesn't like a love song?" When she decides to present herself to the public as a personal trainer, or fitness expert, then by all means feel free to comment on her weight. Until then, pointing out the obvious about somene's appearance that has absolutely nothing to do with their notoriety or the post you are commenting on is just stupid. If you honestly just can't stop yourself from talking about her weight, then perhaps you should look within, something in there needs attendning to.

Adele sold 7 mil as of this week..I think in the US alone. She is a beautiful young women no matter what she weighs. Her talent is so rare..she has hardly dented it yet and the sales of record breaking. All at 23..wow.

That ring was on her finger the night of the Grammys. I saw it, and not knowing who she was (seriously!) until that night, I just as.sumed it was her rather l.ar.ge wedding ring.
