Costume-donning partygoers will join the third annual Two Boots Mardi Gras Benefit Ball where Los Po-Boy-Citos, Raya Brass Band, and DJ Trio "Us Girls" will perform for a dance party that includes live art and great food. 100 percent of the proceeds will go to benefit The Lower East Side Girls Club.
