George Hernandez, Former LAUSD Substitute Teacher, Was Investigated 3 Times For Sexual Misconduct

LOS ANGELES -- A substitute teacher in the nation's second-largest school district was investigated three times for sexual misconduct with students before he quit in 2007 to work for a neighboring district.

George Hernandez was never arrested or charged in the Los Angeles Unified School District cases.

He taught there for nearly three years before police found a videotape they say shows him molesting a second-grade girl at school.

The 45-year-old was charged with child molestation but he fled and is a fugitive.

In recent weeks, several Los Angeles school district employees have been accused of lewd conduct.

ausd doesn't care what these people did or didn't do to children. They care if the case against these offenders is going to cost the district money. This is why Deasy didn't tell Miramonte parents, and one assumes he hoped he would never have to. Now that Berdnt's creepy secret is unraveling the district's even creepier comportment must come to light. He probably cannot be faulted entirely because Deasy didn't create this corrupt school culture and when official learned from police what was going on, he'd just started. Still, his ethics are oretty questionable andbits unlikely he'll co a 180 given the PhD and issues with his resume. Deasy has no conscious. He deferred To the unethical experts , who cooked up the scheme to unload Berndt, who fully exploited his unfortunate advantage in negotiations. This was done, in large part to avert the impending disaster when parents at the school realized there's been other complaints. t's time to see what other secrets these people have. How many kids are harmed and no one ever knows? Of course theres is innocent teachers: whistle blowers, victims of reprisals and other collateral damage sacraficed to protect the district because there's not much the district won't do to cya. Any one wonder why teachers at Miramonte apparently never reported concerns? It is little surprise that employees of an institution founded on violence and coercion, which was established to indoctrinate the next generation of bar code scanners, would seek to take advantage of the defenseless through violence and coercion.

Government institutions, and their union cohorts make the McMartin Preschool look like amateurs.
