Gretchen Carlson Jabs Chris Matthews: 'The Thrill Is Gone' For Him? (VIDEO)

WATCH: Fox News Host's Chris Matthews Jab

The hosts of "Fox and Friends" were all jokes on Wednesday morning, taking jabs at PBS and Chris Matthews while discussing a blues concert at the White House.

Mick Jagger and B.B. King performed at the White House on Tuesday night. The next day, the "Fox and Friends" hosts replayed a clip of President Obama singing "Sweet Home Chicago," and another clip of King singing "The Thrill Is Gone."

Co-host Steve Doocy said that the concert aired on PBS, and joked that it would be "coming up shortly as they ask you to purchase a tote bag."

Gretchen Carlson had a line of her own. "Was that song for Chris Matthews? 'The Thrill Is Gone?'" she asked. She was referring to Matthews' remark that he "felt this thrill going up my leg" after listening to Obama speak in 2008.

"I’m not really sure,” co-host Brian Kilmeade replied, chuckling. "But I think the president would say, 'Can we try another tune? Cause that's not what he really wants to hear in an election year."
