finally i'd like to say that beside the money, there is nothing wrong in good old fashioned competition and winning! it's motivating. you know you got where you wanted to get bc of your discipline! you know that if you could get there bc of your discipline hard work and dedication, you can complete other goals in your life! the sky is the limit! wondering why many of you commenters find this a foreign concept? just wondering? this sentiment seems to run through this thread of comments. that fair competition is wrong. letting all old players that failed to stay on the team for whatever reason back on, is not fair competition. i would be frustrated and just might walk off the set also. not bc i was a "baby" but bc i just may want to go home, and find a trainer at home, one i could trust that wouldn't be playing games with me. just sayin'. anyway, good ol' competition is good, fair and fun!

comment 2 out of 3: why it's ok to want the money!
some of you commenters say it should only be about losing weight, and nothing about winning any money. i have already stated that anyone who wins the whole contest and wins the money, for no other reason, should be proud of himself. bc they deserve to be proud of themselves. but let's just talk about the money for a minute -- 1st of all if a contestant won $250,000 it would be a very good thing -- he could use it for a lot of difft health related things: to set up a home gym w maybe a treadmill, etc, or to get a gym membership, or to buy healthy food, or to attend a swim or aerobics class, or even start an aerobics class, or to send his family members to healthy eating classes so they can eat right w him so the whole family can eat together and nobody will be sabotaged in their weight loss journey, or to have money set aside to see a nutritionist if he gets stuck, or to have a little bit of money set aside to buy new clothes -- for when he/she drops clothes sizes, etc. See, it's not all about the money -- but the money does help you. esp when you need to eat healthy (buy tasty, nourishing food) and when you need to exercise (so you'll need to buy exercise equipment and proper clothing).

I haven't seen all of this season's episodes of Biggest Loser, but I have heard the commenters below call those who have walked off Biggest Loser mean, a big bunch of babies, bullies, lacking in social skills and emotional maturity, full of drama, ungrateful, hateful, unlikeable, whiney, irritating, and full of a sense of entitlement. Wow, who is bullying now? It sounds like the commenters! Yes, we can all have free speech, but were the contestants really THAT bad? Some of you call them bullies, and then say negative things about them? Hmmmm.... Anyway, perhaps I am the only one in this comment thread who agrees with this, but I don't think the contestants who were already eliminated should be able to come back on to the show to compete. Coming back after losing just isn't in the rules. Life IS sometimes a competition. Yes, as many commenters stated, the contestants main goal is to lose weight and to be healthy. but that is not their ONLY goal. they are also their to win money, and to have the honor of being the "Biggest Loser" champion of that year! The last person standing! And if they are the last person standing, they DO deserve to have these honors, they did their all to win them! it doesn't make them bullies or ungrateful. it makes them competitors, and proud of themselves, which they should be!

I've watched the BL from the very first season. Where did they find this season's contestant's?
Usually there is one or two lacking in social skills and emotional maturity. How did they end up with so many losers(no pun intended)? It's really bad when Bob Harper was quoted saying "this is the worst group of contestants he's ever had". For the decent contestants, Emily, Buddy, Cassandra, Chris these weeks must have been torture. Not only are they physically exhausted but emotionally and mentally drained by all the drama of Conda, Kim, Mark, etc. BL producers you've lost many viewers this season- you've taken BL down to the Maury level.

This cast is a big bunch of babies. They are mean bullies. I hope they leave them out of the show and bring back some people who were voted off who will be grateful to be there.

I have enjoyed every season of the Biggest Loser but this season is not good and if it is like this one next season I will not be watching it. In the past people have cared about each other while still in a contest. This season there is too much drama, hateful feelings. There is one person on there that has been in front of the line. In the past it has been about the big change in lives and has let America know that how unhealthy they have gotten they can come back stronger by just starting somewhere.

This had got to be the most unlikeable group of BL contestants ever with Conda leading the pack! It's actually difficult to watch at times. After this week's episode, I couldn't care less who wins! The only reason I'll watch is because I love Bob.

I can't even get through an entire episode, I usually just FF to the weigh in and then to see who was voted off. I can't get through the whining. Let the people who are there to lose weight and get healthy come back. Conda is bad but so is the woman on the black team that has short grey hair and her husband is older and on the red team, all she does is whine etc...I can't stand it.

I can't believe I actually DO sit through whole episodes because the contestants are so irritating! They all have such a sense of entitlement unlike any other season. I can't name one person who I want to win - Maybe MAYBE Kassandra.

agree. I still like the main theme of the show, and still get helpful tips/etc. BUT can't stand to watch from here out. Kim is the most glaring example of what NOT to mimic from this show. Conda and her mouthy brother are right there with her. The way the Aqua team was treated made me sick, so didn't watch every episode. I won't care if any one of them wins BUT Kim. They should have sent her home last night when they had a chance.

Wholeheartedly agree. I thought I was the only one disgusted by the attitude of the contestants this year. There is so much meanness and ugliness this year. Surely the producers of this show can't be this desperate for drama? Bring on the past contestants who didn't make the cut who would really appreciate being on this program and let's start all over.

I thought it started out as a very likeable group, but any little change in the game and they're a bunch of poor sport crybabies. It's so annoying! It's a game - they should expect changes!

So let them stay off and bring back all of the eliminated contestants to compete. That will teach them. Besides, it should be about becoming healthier, not about the money.
