The U.S. Department of Education has closed its investigation into alleged discrimination against Asian Americans in Harvard's admissions policies following the withdrawal of the initial complaint, according to a department spokesperson.

Yes, when they discovered Asians are only 2% of the population, but make up 14% of Harvard, the suit was quickly droppped. Its the blacks and Hispanics that should be suing.

It'll be back in another 5 years or so...someone with all the right boxes checked won't get it and they'll file suit...again.
