E! News has learned that Charlie Sheen's former missus has been charged with cocaine possession and possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, both felonies, along with misdemeanor third-degree asasault stemming from her arrest in December at an Aspen hot spot.

I was in Aspen that day.  The arrest spoiled her shopping for a few hours, but she was back the next day picking up thousands of dollars of accessories...
