Halle Berry, Academy Awards 2012: Actress Cancels Oscar Appearance

There will be one less celebrity walking the red carpet at the 84th annual Academy Awards. Actress Halle Berry has reportedly pulled out of her scheduled appearance.

Berry broke her foot in September while in Spain, where she was filming "Cloud Atlas," and decided to cancel her appearance due to her injury, a source told People on Sunday, just hours before the big show.

While Berry will be missing tonight's festivities, there are plenty of other stars who will be walking the red carpet, enjoying the ceremony and hitting up all the after-parties.

Well at least the citizens of Los Angeles and Hollywood were safe from her felony vehicle hit and runs that usually occur after these events. She has hit two people while she was driving after events and it just gets swept under the rug cause 'ooohhhh she's Halle Berry'. ANy other person would be put in prison and lose their driving privileges...FELONY HIT AND RUN WITH PERSONAL INJURY AND PROPERTY DAMAGE...her last victim had to be taken to the hospital. SHe could have hit your mother, father, sister, brother, son or daughter and killed them...yeah great person...
