J.Lo And Charities
J.Lo and her twins, Max and Emme, are lending a hand to a partnership between Gucci and UNICEF. <a href="http://www.mydaily.co.uk/2010/10/22/jennifer-lopez-and-twins-star-in-gucci-campaign/" target="_hplink"> According to My Daily UK,</a> the twins are the new faces of Gucci's new children's clothing line which available since November. In honor of the international launch, Gucci gave $1 million to UNICEF's<a href="http://www.schoolsforafrica.com/home.htm" target="_hplink"> "Schools For Africa initiative"</a>.

J.Lo and her sister Lynda, launched the <a href="http://www.looktothestars.org/news/4606-jennifer-lopez-launches-new-charity" target="_hplink">The Maribel Foundation, a charity named after Marc Anthony's sister, who died of a brain tumor. The charity allows specialists in LA hospitals to treat children around the world using telecommunication technology. </a>

Hosted by Glamour Editor-in-Chief Cindi Leive, the awards honored amazing women in a range of different fields, among them Congresswoman Gabby Giffords, artist Cindy Sherman, actor Lea Michele, comedian Chelsea Handler, among others, <a href="http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/11/08/arianna-huffington-glamour-women-of-the-year_n_1081509.html" target="_hplink">according to Huff Post. </a>
She's A Fashionista
Among her many hats (actress, singer, dancer, producer), the Puerto Rican-American <a href="http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/12/06/best-dressed-latino-celebrities_n_1132596.html#s524037&title=9_JENNIFER_LOPEZ" target="_hplink">celebrity can now add fashionista.</a> Not only has she embarking on her fashion design-- <a href="http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2011/08/17/jennifer-lopez-kohls-_n_929377.html" target="_hplink">debuting her Kohls' clothing line this year</a>-- but she's also becoming a fashion icon of sorts.

A Master Of Capoeira
