"Parks and Recreation" star Aziz Ansari is set to return to Chicago to headline the city's fourth annual Just For Laughs comedy festival this June.
The festival announced Ansari's June 15 show at the Chicago Theatre Tuesday and said additional festival performers will be announced in the coming weeks.
Tickets to the show, part of Ansari's "Buried Alive" tour, go on sale Friday at 10 a.m. and are priced between $38.50 and $48.50 -- or $52.52 and $62.78 once Ticketmaster's nearly 30 percent markup-worth of fees and additional taxes are tacked on.
As Time Out Chicago points out, the 29-year-old performer, who plays Tom Haverford on "Parks and Rec," also performed as one of the festival's 2010 headliners.
For fans who hope to at least catch a glimpse of Ansari but aren't feeling up to treating themselves at those prices, they can keep an eye out for the comedian at some of the city's trendier restaurants, such as Next, where Chicagoist reported Ansari dined when he was in town in February.
Ansari, quite the foodie, thanked the Next staff as well as "the city of Chicago for being so dope in general food wise" on his Tumblr blog.
