When Jose Antonio Vargas, who grew up in Mountain View, tried to get his drivers license at age 16, he couldn't because his documents were fake.

After he turned 30 last year, Vargas felt he could no longer keep that secret. Now, the undocumented immigrant--some would rather call him an illegal immigrant or a criminal--travels around the country gathering the stories of others like him.
