Vanessa Hudgens' Blonde Hair Is Unnerving Us (PHOTOS)

What hath peroxide wrought?

Vanessa Hudgens was caught on the Florida set of "Spring Breakers" on Monday sporting a drastically different new blonde 'do. Like, full-on, bleached-out, roots-showing blonde. She looks so different!

We're pretty sure Vanessa's new hair is for her movie role, where she plays one of the lead girls who are living it up during their college years. Or, maybe she wanted to stand out from her brunette co-star Selena Gomez.

Us Weekly speculates that Hudgens' new hair is just a wig, and since we've never seen her go blonde before, we'd believe that Vanessa might have played things safe. But then again... we know she's not afraid to make a major style statement.
